Where the record gets finished.

Aulani Design Lab is the studio arm of a working 360 label: a warm, practical place to make the record, get it over the line, and put it in the world.

The song comes first. The whole release matters.

A great session is not a factory line. It is the room where an artist hears the next version of a song and has the people, ears, and time to reach it. We help shape that room — from the first conversation about the arrangement to the final listen before the track leaves the building.

Because Aulani is a 360 label, the work does not stop at a bounce. Production decisions affect the mix. The mix affects the master. The master has to live beside the rest of the release, travel cleanly to DSPs, and hold up when a supervisor asks for an instrumental, a clean edit, or stems. We keep those threads connected without taking the artist’s voice out of the center.

From first playback to release day.

01

Sessions with a point of view

We come into a session ready to listen. That might mean tightening an arrangement, finding the right key, building a vocal comp, or protecting the strange little detail that makes the song yours. The goal is not more parts; it is a record with a clear center.

02

Mix and master guidance

We help artists hear what the mix is asking for, give focused notes, and keep the finish honest. We can guide the handoff to the right mix or mastering partner, check revisions, and listen in the places that matter: headphones, a car, a phone, a loud room, and the quiet one after.

03

Release ops that respect the song

A finished record still needs a clean path out. We help organize credits, versions, artwork, metadata, delivery dates, launch beats, and the small handoffs that make release day feel calm instead of frantic. No mystery dashboard — just a real checklist and someone at the desk.

04

Sync-ready by design

If a song has a screen in its future, we prepare for that future early. Instrumentals, clean edits, stems, lyric context, ownership details, and one clear point of contact make it easier to say yes when the right brief arrives. The song stays a song; it is simply ready to travel.

“

We are here for the part after the spark: the decisions, details, and care that turn a good session into a release people can live with.

Some artists arrive with a nearly finished record. Some arrive with a voice memo and a feeling. Both are valid starting points. We meet the work where it is, make the next right decision, and keep the artist close to every call.

That is the advantage of a label that understands the whole arc: music, sync, merch, and the studio are not separate departments passing a file around. They are different ways of taking care of the same artist and the same song.
